Eligibility
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@shopbloopa.com.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene/safety reasons, certain items (e.g., plush toys, collectibles with sealed packaging, custom gift boxes) are not returnable unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please email photos of the item and packaging within 3 days so we can assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund where eligible.
